Wall of Remembrance
A Special Way To Remember
Many parishioners past, present and those yet to come, have and will contribute to the growth of Sacred Heart Parish. As a way to remember all of these parishioners we are planning a wall of remembrance.
Local artist Gerald L. Thiebolt has been commissioned to create individual clay plaques that will make up the “Walls of Remembrance.” Each parishioner will be able to buy a clay plaque engraved with their name, the name of a family member or other parish member, along with
the birth date and, if applicable, the date of their death.
Each clay plaque will help to form a mosaic on one of the walls that will surround a meditation area, located between the church and the hall. You may plan ahead and purchase plaques for your whole family so that they can be placed on the same wall. Brochures and samples of the clay plaques and a scaled model are available for preview in the back of the church.
